Carrollton FRESHMAN QB Julian Lewis looks like the real deal. Long ways out, but hopefully we can keep him in-state.

Antwann Hill from Houston County in the '25 class looks just as good or better. If I had to choose, I'd take him at 6'5" over JuJu at 5'10" (right now).

Rumors floating around 1) a big time QB has reached out about transferring to UGA and 2) that QB may be Drake Maye from UNC.

Maye is a redshirt freshman. Wherever he plays next year, if he has a good year, he’s likely NFL bound. I’d love it if he came. Stockton was in all likelihood sitting behind Beck or BVG next year anyway.

Nobody really knows that. Gunner has by far the highest ceiling and rumblings have been he has a good chance to start next season at some point.

Not sure where you gathered that he “has the highest ceiling” or the supposed rumblings that he’s likely to make some surge but ok.

I don't think we are hurting for QB talent but Drake Maye might be better and he has experience. I would prefer to win with Carson Beck. Transfer QBs can be a big gamble. Many don't work out. Joe Burrows are the exception.

Usually I would agree but Maye is actually proven at the power 5 level and could be in New York as a heisman finalist. The new transfer portal has changed everything. You can get actual proven guys now. Not just guys tired of being backup when they think they’re better.

Georgia Tech destroyed Maye by putting a little pressure on him. If he transfers here he might not start.
