10-7 Dawgs the final as we complete the season sweep of KSU in a game we once trailed by 5.
We saw the worst of our arms and the best of our arms tonight. DeJong notches his first career win with a team high 34 pitches. Wagner was behind him with 27 and Pearson with 24, so shouldn’t affect anyone for this weekend we would normally see.
Offense tallied 10 runs on 11 hits, Harber with 3 of those and Wagner/Collins each with 2. Blaylock doubled and Collins solo homered late in the game but that was it for XBH. So in essence, we manufactured the majority of our offense on 9 singles.
In summary, we were down 5 early in a game that looked like we didn’t want to play but nickel and dimed a 3 run victory.
After a downer Sunday, can’t help but feel nice about Tuesday.

Baseball Americ a still has us projected as the 5th national seed, hosting Ga Southern, KSU, and College of Charleston with a Super receiving the winner of the A&M regional which would host Texas
