King is definitely the best QB available via transfer, but he was always going to LSU, and there wasn’t anything we or anyone else could have done. Newman was and is our best option.

Yeah, King is a midget, albeit a physically talented midget. Either way, nobody is going to come close to doing what Burrow did this year. I'm good with Newman,

If last night is any indication, Even the implication that there are qbs in the portal that could improve our starting QB position will bring them out guns a blazing. I am fine with Newman .
