Bama may beat us in this class, but they'll do it with more bodies and by that alone. They're doing it with 4* and not 5*. This is th kind of corner we needed to turn.

With equal talent and depth, it now becomes coaching. The defensive hire needs to be a good one. Saban has proven he is capable of changing things up as his talent changes and has been able to switch coordinators without any dropoff in performance.

I do believe Kirby is up to the task.

Well, yes and no. Their average per recruit is higher, too.

Fractionally, yes. We're on the path, there's little doubt.

Absolutely! I didn't mean to come off as condescending or like I know more than you. Not my intent at all. I definitely agree with the sentiment.

The real question is who are the remaining targets between now and February? Also, what are the remaining needs?

Nester (OG)
Stevenson (CB)
Elam (CB)

are probably three targets. Not sure who all is left right now.

Wright is a target but we’re not going to waste time on him if his HS coach is going to continue to fanboy over Pruitt and Tennessee and block him from visiting other schools

Pickens might not qualify, and even if he does we're probably 4th right now. Haselwood would be great, but it looks like he's one of those guys that's looking for any reason to leave the state. All the Fields stuff isn't helping there.
Wright is still in play, but unlikely with his HS Coach and Pruitt having an intimate relationship in the late 1990s, but if we can get him to Athens, ya never know. Pitt Boss is always hard at work.

Dawgsontop and TylerDurden answered so i took mine out. I agree with what they said 100% and that is why I did not put them on my list. But, yes. We have time and they are possible.
