Yeah... at least at present, he's "the" guy for the 2020 class to watch. There will certainly be other names that pop up over the next year and some change, but he's drawing a lot of attention to be certain. As I said above, I like how we stack up against UF from an ability to use him (and assuming the OL recruiting/development continues, keep him healthy)... would imagine some other schools that could easily get in the mix though might be Alabama and Clemson just in the southeast alone.

Why would you trust Mecole or Terry over a walk on? The coaches raved about Stetson and Vaughn knows but a Championship caliber team

If we got down to either option past Fromm and Fields, we are in big trouble. I was just thinking that one of those dudes may could be used if our Starters got something that prevented them from finishing one game type thing. I am sure Bennett or Vaughn would be the coach’s choice for sure though.

What is the deal with Chris Hinton? Also, what chance does Georgia have of flipping him?

Better if Michigan loses in Columbus again, this year. Harbaugh is ofer when it comes to their only rival that matters, and the pressure is on. Some folks say he could bolt for the NFL if this season is a bust, again.

Should that happen, our chances with Hinton increase dramatically.

Pretty low. Kid moved to Georgia from up North and wants to go back up there for school.

I would have made a significant bet with you guys that Cade Mays would go to Tennessee and Brenton Cox would go to Ohio State last Summer. I know Kirby and the boys will be all over him if he is a high priority target.

I think that dad and CJH played together for the Colts iirc.

So we possibly got a commitment from 4* D-Tackle, Rambo Hunter (5* Name). Updated his twitter bio to say "Committed to ATD" with a bulldog emoji right after it, also tweeted "Last night made the best decision I ever made in my life #ATD". Insiders at Rivals said yesterday he was really considering committing to us soon, would be a huge get.

That would be great. The timeline on 247 shows that we just offered on Feb 14th...I am always wary of commitments that quick after the offer, especially early in the cycle. Hope he sticks.

He's already had one DE commitment. Why not make 2?

247 reporting that 5* OT Darnell Wright is visiting Athens soon. Not sure on exact timing.

I saw where UGA probably at least kept a hat on the table for RB Noah Cain. Sounds like he was impressed with Georgia. Said the coaches compared his running style to Nick Chubb. Biggest obstacle for Dawgs is depth chart. Ohio State still the leader.

UGA’s deep depth chart is a tactic other schools are using against the Dawgs. Connecting the dots, Urban seems to be the one selling this BS to Cain. It looks like UGA will only take 1 RB this cycle, so they’re targeting Trey Sanders, Quavaris Couch and Noah Cain.

FSU is the assumed leader for former Bama commit Sanders. Couch is a massive back out of Charlotte but projects as a LB IMO. Cain is enamored by Ohio State so this will be interesting.

How the hell, Ohio St signed 4 highly rated RBs the past 2 years compared to our 3.

Georgia should look at the backs in Louisiana and possibly the one at Buford. Don't necessarily need a 5 star in this class.
