That does seem to shed some light on it. Thanks for the clarification. The Composite is typically what we try to go by on this board. (Most of us, anyway) It just seems to help eliminate some bias or incorrect ratings by the different services.

Don't get this wrong, because I have no doubt Saban really wanted him, but Alabama is starting to prioritize their class right now. They got a top center recruit last year, and seem to be focusing on needs and best available right now. If they had to choose between the two, they probably wanted Evan Neal more than Webb. That is not saying Webb isn't great....only that Alabama felt they need Neal more at this point.
Assuming we get Webb, it will be a great coup, and as we are losing Gaillard this year was a position of great need. (This provides depth at center behind Trey Hill and even depth at guard.) the coaches certainly won't complain if Webb comes in and takes a position over, but he probably needs a little more weight)
