Really excited about Cine. Kid is a very good safety who loves contact and flies down into the box on run support. Few things to keep in mind for any who haven't been following:
1. Cine has moved around a good bit. Many analysts suggest that moving like tends to keep a prospects rating down some...not that he is lowly rated
2. Georgia is developing a good pipeline at his school, Trinity Christian, in Texas. Deion Sanders is one of many NFL alums coaching there, and the school looks to be loaded with several big time prospects for the next few cycles.

We are developing a good pipeline from Trinity Christian?
Who have gotten besides Cine?

Can't speak for NC but assuming what he really meant there was "inroads"...
In addition to Cine, we were in the mix for Tyreke Johnson last year (ultimately went with Ohio St) and have gotten in the mix for Deion's son Shiloh. Any footprint/inroad to Texas is a positive step for us. We don't "need" it, but it damn sure will help to round out the available talent pool for us when Georgia is light at a specific position.

Yep. Meant inroads. Sorry for the poor word choice...
The better of Deion's sons appears to be 2021 QB, Shadeur. He has been on campus multiple times this season.

That was the one I was thinking of. Tried a quick Google search and didn't double check it.

PrimeTime's older son just committed to Florida State.

Shiloh is a CB in this class, but not a target/priority for UGA.
Shadeur is currently rated as the top DT QB for 2021, although rankings for classes two years from not tend to be about as accurate as weather forecasts for next year's football games, so take with a grain of salt.

The scuttlebutt is that FSU finally offered him yesterday because they suspect they are about to lose Nick Cross to UGA and possibly Akeen Dent, likely to Bama but a very small outside chance for UGA too.

Yeah. Meant Shadeur, just didn't remember which was which and just took the first name I saw from quick Google search. Started with Sh...

Doesn't surprise me a whole lot. I know we were interested, but I suspect we want max Johnson and others more.
On a side note: the newsletter said we might be taking another QB this cycle. Looking at them hard right now.
ETA
Didn't realize Shadeur was two years away, so disregard my comment about Johnson.
BTW, good to see you back on here, TS!

I had no doubt he would go to FSU.
I hope we'll continue recruiting dual threat QBs instead of slow, stationary pro-style QBs.

Shilo? I’m just confused right now.
Shedeur hasn’t committed anywhere as far as I’m aware and I didn’t see that Shilo had committed anywhere. I just saw that he got an offer from FSU.

Yeah, thinking he might be confusing an offer with a commitment.
