Does Lowndes still post in 247? He always seemed to be in the know. I thought he might have been Mike Bobo for awhile.

All the drama aside- it sux that this is a storyline and that cops around in and around UGA are the opposite of what is expected at other schools; schools who we directly compete with. UT had a player literally knock a cop out in a bar fight, Bama had a Buford kid selling pot out of his locker....nothing. Auburn, good lord. I can assure you we don't land all the pot smokers every year. But things are slowly changing. I fully expect Natrez to play in the Rose Bowl. That wouldn't have happened 3 years ago.

He went out with the old staff.
BM went through a couple of changes. AD did as well. Wouldn't know shite if it had not of

He was a 99.99% guy. Believe he missed on Tunsil, but that don't count, right? Lol
Great poster, with good delivery. He always was money. Lowndes25

Zeus, Hill, Jackson, Ericson, and Wyatt are all enrolling early. Not a bad EE harvest imo and that’s not counting the ones yet to come.

Might want to check the latest headlines... Doesn't mean he definitely won't, but not looking great for him.

Amen. Didn't mean to disrespect Fib on not reading the article, and he knows it, but I don't read that shite.
For those that don't know. If Sentell catches one, he'll run him dry. DawgNation only continually highlights Dawgs they know are silent. It's obvious

Most beat writers are pissed imo.
- Kirby gives zero fricks, besides what he wants in the press, and/or, is trying to control.
- Hate to say it, but AD had leaks that led to things that should of been handled internally. That's all been handled with Kirby coming in.
-Kirby is the only voice for UGA football.
-Kirby knows what is leaked. They have eyes on message boards. They play the game well.

To the point of being compared to other teams and discipline. It's not our fault the conference won't step up. We'll play by the same rules since they have no concern.
You went light on incidents, but that's another 20 page thread.

Failed test is new news that obviously changes things. Contradicts previous reports that he passed a test following the arrest. I'll wait for something definitive before I speculate further.

Though I'm not a weed guy myself, I'm ready for it to be legalized everywhere so we can all move on. But I'm more libertarian than most when it comes to substances.

This part of your post is spot on, and it's something that many Georgia fans have failed to either understand or acknowledge for a quite a long time now. These southern college towns, whether it's Auburn AL with its university employed police force, Gainesville FL with it's Bull Gator prosecutors, Oxford MS, Baton Rouge LA, Knoxville TN, Clemson, SC, etc.,... they don't operate the same as Athens GA and surrounding area cops and legal system.

After the AJC hammered it into their heads for a decade, some of the more simple minded UGA fans completely swallowed the "Mark Richt has lost control" meme, hook line and sinker. I guess it took hiring a new coach to make them understand that this is not a distinction of discipline, but one of enforcement, at the level of law enforcement and university administration. Not likely to change either, so we'll continue to hold college football players accountable as adults, and that's fine with me.

Hopefully Smart can do what Richt never could; convince fans and recruits (and their parents) that UGA players getting into trouble is not a sign of lax discipline, just the opposite in fact.

Yep... certainly not a good look, but on the surface, I'm not sure that the ACC Solicitor should have been commenting publicly on an individual's drug tests in this way either... As you said, will wait for more info before jumping to any conclusions... Regardless of what happens with the Rose Bowl though, I can't imagine that Natrez is on the team next year... just unfortunate as he's a guy that probably could use another year in college to get sorted out but we're just not the place to do it given that weed seems to be his achilles heel.

I follow Radi and some of the other guys on Twitter. I love their enthusiasm, attachment to the program, and inside info but, jesus, the fricking clickbait is intolerable. The most mundane of articles have some sexy headline, a tweet telling you how much you need to read it, and then you click and find it's paid content.

I'm all Dawg but I'll be damned if I'm going to drop a hundo a year for the same info I can get free elsewhere. If they're that confident in their product they should use advertising dollars to pay their salaries, not sell people on the idea that they'll know something 2 minutes before those who use free sites.

That said, AmericusDawg, you can apparently supplement your income just posting things you hear. There's a sucker born every minute.

I mean, they do have to get paid, and even though the recruiting info is generally better here, they do have good info & write ups on prospects after they commit. The Vent also has some decent articles. And $100/yr is less than $10/month so it’s really not that bad even if you don’t make a ton as long as you budget well.

Any updates on the night so far?

Had all my girls today with two morning Christmas programs.
That's 3,6,& 8.

The drama recruiting builds has nothing on them, but I'll be dammed if sometimes it's close.

You haven't seen anything yet! Wait until they are teenagers! Man! The raw emotion and drama a teenage girl brings to the house is mind numbing.

Yeah, I'm in trouble. Only one is mine, but the other two might as well be. Just counting down the days to alcoholism and probably hard time. Y'all keep me updated while I'm locked up

I have one son and one daughter. My son and I locked heads a lot, but got along very well as a whole. My daughter and I got along (Still do) but the angst and drama drove me crazy.

They are both adults now. My son is married with three boys of his own, and my daughter is living and working in the Netherlands in Amsterdam.
