I like Toneil Carter. I just looked at his HUDL film and he reminds me a lot of Chubb. Good vision, hits the holes and isn't afraid of contact. A lot of his runs, though, were the type where he hit the holes and nobody touched him. He seems to be primarily a north/south runner. He doesn't dance around a lot, and that's good. Playing in Texas you figure he is going against good competition. There is a lot to like about him. Any two of the three between Swift, Akers and Carter would be great.

After visiting Florida Trevor Lawrence said, "I like a pro-style offense but I can also do a spread offense too. I just want a nice campus and a place I feel at home and is a safe campus.”

Deranged men are committing mass murder in Florida. Athens is as safe as a mother's arms. Gainesville sucks compared to the Classic City. Go Dawgs.

You just compared a city in GA that's had it's fair share of headlines for murders and hostage situations to the entire state of Florida......

I love UGA and love Athens, but your comments were stupid. Sorry.

There have been a ton of murders and you don't remember the cop killer, Jaime Hood, who took people hostage inside the apartment complex? Heres a link for you. I'm not saying it's not worse in parts of Florida, but to act like Athens is some insanely safe place is wrong. Bottom 12% of US cities.

Athens crime

I'm done talking about this in the recruiting thread.

Oh, I wasn't arguing with you. I don't live anywhere near Athens, so I just hadn't heard. I had always thought of Athens as a safe place...but in all honesty, when you think about it, I would think just about any college town would have a lot of petty crime, at least.

Thanks for the info!

In my opinion the UGA campus is probably a safer compared to the Florida campus. You may think my wording "safe as a mother's arms" is hyperbole but you don't know my mother. Ouch.

Athens in general is pretty safe unless you intentionally seek out the bad parts, which you pretty much to do intentionally. Sure you have 18 year old girls walking home at 2am from the bars that might run into some trouble but you can say that about any college campus in america.

I will say you don't want to walk north of DT and end up in bethel homes unless you just like to live dangerously. I did that once and had zero issues. Did it another time and was mugged. I try not to go back there if I can help it.

How is Rusty not a "top expert"... as far as the dawgs are concerned, dude is top notch. Mutha frickin' time... That's some good momentum. Now just have to hope that after his Clemson visit he still feels the same way about Athens and the Dawgs.

Interesting. Obviously, based solely on verbal commitments and what experts think to be leans, but we may now be getting tight at available DB slots in addition to WR (and hopefully OL after The announcement later today). Latavious Brini

6'2" Four star DB out of Florida

I know recruiting is never 100% but by all accounts it seems like he's probably coming here
