I'll be shocked if Bryant doesn't commit on his OV and shut his recruitment down.

not many 300+ lbs guys can run a 4.6 or close to that, whatever his true time may be.
I haven't looked at his stats nor seen a second of his film so I don't have the first CLUE what his 40 time is...but what I DO know for absolute certain that I woudl stake my life on is that he does not run a 4.6.
There are skill position players going in the first round of the draft that go to the combine and do actual, legit laser timed 40s that barely run a 4.7

Perhaps, but unlike wiggins JW would step in immediately and help at PR and maybe a few gadget packages on offense.
It's not gonna hurt my feelings if we don't get him but he brings far more value to us than wiggins.

He's too short to play corner in Kirby's defense.
I keep seeing this and the dude is short, but I saw Bama's tall CBs struggle in the slot against Renfroe.
Seems like someone with Jameyest's body type could be more effective with those short, quick slot players.
Then throw in the specialty roles he could fill and I think he is worth a spot in this class.

I believe he won a hs track race. I saw a video of it and apparently he ran it in tennis shoes as opposed to track shoes. Kid can fly for a big guy
Holy crap that kid can move.

I think that's a big reason Florida and Scar are trying so hard to flip him..he's big, strong, and athletic as hell. He just didn't do the camps so he's underrated per every media guy out there.

Nice as always.
Like I said, I don't know if it is true, but I'm sure it is close enough to it. Dude played RB and returned kick offs. What does that tell you about his speed? Like I said, I think he is highly underrated as not many big men have his athletic ability. We NEED to keep him w/ the good guys.

Dude is gonna be a diamond in the rough type guy and we need to keep him.

It was a hand-timed 4.6. He's probably more long the lines of a 4.9, which is still NFL-speed for an edge-rusher and he's 300 lbs. Definitely a freak athlete, hopefully he sticks with us and that athleticism translates to the field.

I want Wyatt AND Jamyest. Make room, goddammit

Yeah I do know that. I didn't say a single word about his athleticism, simply that I woudl put my life on the fact he doesnt' run a 4.fricking6.
Over the last FIVE years of NFL combine testing, the fastest OL 40 was a 4.71. Also in the last 5 years, there have only been 6 tight ends to record better than a 4.6.
So yeah, I am 100% confident that a 300+ OL/DL in high school is not running a 4.6.

I was thinking more of the discipline/attitude aspect.

I'm not disagreeing with anything you're saying except he's a DL. He would compare at this point to this guy..
Aaron Donald
HT: 6'1" WT: 285LBS.
POSITION: DT
COMBINE RESULTS
40 YARD DASH: 4.68 SEC
BENCH PRESS: 35 REPS
VERTICAL JUMP: 32.0 INCH
BROAD JUMP: 116.0 INCH
3 CONE DRILL: 7.11 SEC
20 YARD SHUTTLE: 4.39 SEC
obviously Donald is a freak but thats what this kid seems to be as well. That's what I think we are getting at..

I get it, and again I've never said a word about his athleticism. I also used OL since those guys are typically more athletic than DL so wanted to give benefit of the doubt.
still, taking an absolute combine freak donald, measured at 6'1" and 285, we can see his combine 40 was 4.68. That in itself is a far cry from 4.6, not to mention wyatt has 3 inches and 15 pounds on him to boot.
AGain, MY only statement was there aint no way that wyatt runs a 4.6. That's all.

I don't know what he runs a 40 in, but I do know I don't ever remember seeing a 300+ pound man moving like that.
