Yeah the article says he will most likely make his decision before March 1st. His sister is having a baby soon and he wants her to be there and not have to worry about going into labor around the announcement ceremony.

Yea.....here this every year. Unfortunately, it seems like the "big surprise" are people committing elsewhere or decommitting from us.
