Troll.
You want to know what the majority feels? The majority feels like you are an alter, so it must be true.

If the QB throws to where he's supposed to be but throws it when he makes his cut, it's right around a 3 count, maybe 3 and a half. A little long, but still in the range of time that a good OL should be able to hold off a pas rush.

Solid quote from Rusty....

Ran into a lot of current players the last few days in town. Always good to catch up with those that I covered for a couple of years at least in high school. There is a look in those kids eyes. They look good & they are in shape for sure. I was told by one “You are not walking in that building (Butts-Mehre) as a me guy any more. You better not have your hat on backwards or ear rings in either in there. They ain’t playing.”

B/c in a thread I asked about Richt, the majority UGA fans said one way or another that he is a qb guru. So the consensus has spoken. I think he is a pretty good qb coach but I'm not high on him like a lot of ppl on this board is.

He's a very good Qb coach. Your reasons for not thinking so are fricking retarded as evidence in the thread you started on the secr. Please get the frick out of this thread and troll somewhere else you count.

Paul Mahary of UGA Sports is running a Periscope of the Rivals camp. Some highlights:
- Mecole Hardman was heard yelling Go Dawgs
- Demetris Robertson said he will be visiting again on Saturday
- They just asked the Auburn Rivals girl Allie who was sticking out. Her response was "does it matter, they're all going to Georgia"
UGA is also in the Top 3 for 4* WR Tyler Vaughns out of CA. #26 player in the country on Rivals list.

WHen did I say he wasn't a good qb coach? Reading comprehension > you.
I just think we should take more chances on some of these mobile qbs and let Richt develop them into pocket passers. Murray used to run a lot as a freshman, and some as a sophomore. We are a lot more dynamic with a mobile qb, that is a fact. Sure I don't want the qb running much at all, maybe 5 times a game at the most, but when it's 3rd and short and no body is open, it would be nice to have the option where the qb can run for the 1st down. And H Mason had 4 rushing tds last year, imagine if we had a qb with actual speed with Gurley/Chubb/Michel.

You're still talking about this?

1. While yes we were more dynamic with guys like Shockley and Murray running, it was more due to a skill that those guys just had and could use sparingly. In other words, it caught defenses off guard. When you start making a running qb a feature, you have to also retrain your linemen to cut and defend impromptu plays downfield. That's not something UGA can or should do all of a sudden. Our primary recruiting pitch as an offense is our pro style set and training
2. Any of our QBs can still scramble to extend plays or pick up yards. Bauta and Park in particular excel at this.

I understand our offense is pro style, but there are a lot of qbs in the pros can still can run for the first down. I don't want our qb running much at all, but I do want them to be able to run for 10 yds to get the first if needed. And Murray scrambling his freshman year was great (except for his fumbles) and I remember that 20-25 yd run for a td was a thing of beauty.
2. I dont see Ramsey as being a scrambler or even close to H Mason (4 rushing tds last yr) in ability to run. Bauta and Park do have that ability. I'd rather have our qb have the option of being able to run for a big gain and not do it than not having that ability at all.

You don't have to be a scrambler to gain 10 yards.

Ramsey will be a H*lluva better runner than Mason. Possibly the best Georgia running QB since Shockley if we ever need him to be.
