A think it may be a little too crowded at TE for Woerner. Jeb will be a Junior, Jackson Harris played a lot and played well as a freshman, and Nauta may be the best of the bunch by the time he leaves. Most of our targets at WR are smaller guys so he would be a nice option to create some mismatches on the outside, but we'll see.

I was thinking 2 TE with Blaze and Nauta and 2 WR sets with Godwin and Woerner. Size, speed, and then our power backs..just sounds intimidating to me haha

Nauta is so gifted he could be stretched out into the slot. He reminds me ofJason Witten, just gives LBS and safeties fits all damn day.

Nauta will be scary in the passing game, just a great athlete and I think he's a lot more physically ready to be a blocker coming into his freshman year than Jeb was. Just a complete package, can't wait for the AA game tomorrow so we can see some of these guys against good competition.

I'll be honest..I was confused...who is Jackson? The second I clicked on the Roster I realized you meant Jackson Harris. Lol I thought he was the best but for some reason he got nothing after about midway through the season soooo I thought he regressed or got injured?

What about Javon Wims guys? Has one of the best JUCO highlights I've ever seen. Big target and can fly. I know people around here are hesitant due to the Rumph debacle but, I think Wims could play from day one.

Harris got Schottenheimered.

He is very, very good. If (WHEN) we get Nauta, we will have the finest TE group on campus since the Earth was formed.

just read this....

quote:

Crawford, who has taken official visits to Michigan (Oct. 16) and Oregon (Nov. 20), is considering a bevy of other programs, including Stanford, UCLA and Washington. However, he intends on using two of his three remaining official visits to check out both Miami and Georgia.

He points to a possible visit to Athens as a key determinant in whether or not he’ll consider the Bulldogs moving forward.

“The official visit is going to be big, it’s going to be huge,” Crawford said. “I’ve never experienced an SEC environment. I just want to go out there and see what it’s like.”?

Athens gonna work that magic!!
