Legacy doesn't mean jack these days. Jaden Hunter is a double UGA legacy and he almost committed to Bama this summer because of Smart. It's about relationships and which coach they want to play for.
I'm not saying Davis or Wilson choose UGA but I like our chances with Kirby now.

You could be right. It is all speculation at this point. I just wouldn't look for either of them to be in our class. I think there is a better chance of Wilson coming than Davis, but I just don't expect either of them to be in the class when it is all said and done....but that is just my opinion.

With legacies you also have to consider that maybe they don't want to live in their parent's shadow if they happened to be an exceptional player. No idea if that is the situation here but sometimes you'll see guys who want to go to a new place and make a name for themselves rather than constantly deal with comparisons to their parent.

With Pruitt being official in Tuscaloser now, I imagine that in the short term (i.e. till end of dead period), it'll appear that Bama's on the upswing and the better side of the deal. I don't expect that condition to last.

My biggest want right now who isn't already a commitment is Willie Allen. Strong O-Line and strong D-Line are the key to a great team IMO.

Lines are priority, for sure. I think those will be spots of emphasis for Smart right off the bat.
Second on my wish list is linebackers. A strong front 7 means you don't need studs in the secondary, just solid athletes. If we get depth on DL/LB, it will make guys like Hardman a luxury and not a necessity.

Yea Allen and Derrick Brown are key components to the class right now. But I wouldn't mind having Nauta either.... Or Hardman.....
