It's been mentioned on various boards and wouldn't be a surprise to me given how coaches slowly seemed to phase him out in favor of Hall after the Clemson and USCe games. I'm not saying it will happen, just that I've seen it mentioned and it wouldn't surprise me.
I like Hicks at FB, good with the ball in his hands, but he completely whiffed as many times as he laid somebody out when lead blocking.

Yea, wasn't he recruited as a DE and moved to FB due to height? I kinda hope they can just develop him because when he's on at FB he is a friggin stud.
Then we can make Douglas our Kuhn. As much as I have said about my doubts on Douglas imagine the kid with an offseason of practice and S&C

Seemed like he played quite a lot this year, even before the injury to Clemons.

I know he's a couple years away but it pisses me off that we are losing ground fast on Richard Lecounte.

2017 kid. Raekwon MacMillan and his OSU fan coach are the gifts that keep on giving

2017 kid. From Hinesville. Teammate of Raekwon McMillan. One of the top freshmen in the country last year. Already offers from everywhere.
Six months ago, according to his dad he was "ours to lose." Now, he hears from several schools multiple times a week and we MIGHT check in once every two weeks. We aren't "showing him the love."

Thrill, I understand the frustration and that LeCounte is a stud. But we all have to realize that the landscape of college football is likely to be completely different when that kid goes to put pen to paper. Simple odds tell us that Meyer will probably not be at Ohio State when he signs, and if he is, who is to say that McMillan is not getting the PT he deserves or something, as a result he is bad mouthing the staff to his folks down in Hinesville. I realize that may not happen, but no one thought that Alvin Kamara would be in the situation he was in after just one year and what that meant to Lorenzo Carter at the same university. That was only 1 year down the road, much less 4.

We are the leader in the clubhouse. Why not stretch our lead? With the other SEC schools that continously finish ahead of us recruiting wise and on the field, why are we letting them hound the guy while we stand on the sideline with our head up our arse?

Like I said, I understand the frustration; I just don't think getting too worked up about a freshman prospect is a worthwhile endeavor. 4 years is a long time. Coaches change, injuries happen, life gets in the way. I think it hits closer to home for you because of the pride you take in your hometown; but would your level of frustration be the same if this were a freshman in say Calhoun or Cedartown?

No way Meyer leaves unless he retires.

Meyer has been pretty unreliable in the past

That sounds good, but his history as a coach tells us he will leave his program worse than he found it within 4 to 6 years, long before LeCounte will sign. Mysterious illness' abound within his body apparently.

You're right to an extent. In just the past 4 years, I've seen fellow alumni from my high school:
Jordan McRae (UTjr. B-Ball)
Rion Brown (Miami B-Ball)
Raewkwon McMillan (Slowhio State Football)
and now possibly Richard
However, I would be just as aggravated if basically a can't miss prospect in Calhoun is giving himself up to us and we are getting outworked by other schools. Let's slam the door shut on these mother frickers.

He also told a recruit that he had a dream in which God told him that recruit should sign with Florida. I don't put much stock in anything Urban Meyer says, especially about dreams.
