Bailey Hockman? He seems to have nice potential. He is only a Soph. I think. I don't get the chance to go to many HS games unless we play on Thursdays.
Can't say I've seen him play. I can't remember the name of the varsity qb they had last year. Kid could fly. He injured his leg in the Hillgrove game.

Edit: found him. Ty Clemmons.

Great athlete. Not much of a passer though.

Supposedly Florida is the favorite right?

Not sure if UF is the favorite or not, just saw a report on 247 that said we were in the top group.

And on Hockman, I saw him throw a 50 yard bomb standing competely still..in 8th grade. He's the real deal. Coaches son too so that has to count for something

Coaches son and grandson. I believe his grand daddy is in the Ohio Coaches Hall of Fame.

Taj griffin would be behind chubb and michel. You only need to crack top 2 to get 100 carries a season. Top 3 will get you 50. Throw in injuries, he'd get plenty of carries. Someone needs to explain this to him.

I'd just say let it play out.

All of this could legitimately happen before next signing day:

Hicks moves to D and Douglas moves to FB
Turman transfers
Gurley leaves early
Green moves to WR

Even with the 3 guys on campus left at RB after this hypothetical, there would still be some playing time available early. Still, even that's slightly concerning, because he'd have 3 guys ahead of him one year and 2 the next. In that scenario, the first time he'd ever have the opportunity to even crack 100 carries would be his junior year and the only opportunity to carry the load would be his senior year.

With two purported studs in the class ahead of him, though, we're going to have to sell him on creating a unique position in our offense for him IMO.
