2014 WR Cameron Sims is on campus this weekend. Tony Ball has been in his ear talking about utilizing him the same way AJ Green was.
Still thought to be a Bama lean, however.

I understand why they do it. I just hope that it doesn't become the norm in our recruiting.

Malkom P. not visiting GT today... He has a ride issue and he may not be at uga this weekend either.
His coach is working the uga camp so he will have a ride there If he opts to go. If he doesn't commit to uga this weekend then he is going to commit to GT soon IMO.
update: His mom couldn't take him so they are coming back up soon to GT. He spoke with PJ and CAM today and everything is cool. He isn't sure he will be in Athens yet either. His mom will not go to Athens.
update update: pack crystal ball predictions up your azz

Just offered 2015 OG Dallas Warmack (Chance's younger brother). Even though he's a Bama legacy he's said before that he is very high on UGA and pretty much named us his leader at the time.

If UGA screws up this weekend I wouldn't count on Queen coming to UGA.

Recruiting update (Rivals insider account) at Rivals 5 star challenge:
Joe Mixon did an interview at the Rivals 5 star challenge in Chi-town and indicated he's still hot on UGA and that he and McClendon talk every other day and have a very strong relationship. So far he has 3 officials set up, and we're one of those officials.
Sony Michel is still very solid and would sign papers today if he could. He is rooming with Isaiah Wynn at the camp and they've talked about Isaiah committing. Sony will not be an early enrollee. Private school schedule setup won't allow.
Lorenzo Carter stated his mom has only been to Georgia and loves it. His visit was him and his parents talking and walking around campus with coaches. Good news, he indicated UGA is recruiting him the hardest and doing they're best to get him to stay in state.
