How about a state law similar to compelled military service.
Ex. If you receive a scholarship offer from one or both of the BCS-level in-state universities, you are required to sign a Letter of Intent with one of them.
something of that nature. Only downside is that Tech would get better, but I still think the talent gap would be pretty significant since UGA would pretty much get the top 25 with few exceptions

Oh, my bad just went by what I was reading on Dallas' list.

How heavy is UGA targeting Adam Choice?
Posted on 2/7/13 at 4:31 pm to Sanford&MunSon
Heavily. After Chubb and Michel, and we're looking for 3. Rumor is that the staff is treating The situation as I'd Boom Williams is no longer committed since he's looking around so much.
If we could land a trifecta of Michel, Choice, and Chubb then I'd have a major Chubb.

Thats cool. I know he's big on uga. The kid is a pretty damn good athlete.
Posted on 2/7/13 at 4:58 pm to Sanford&MunSon
I think Choice commits soon. Chubb over the summer. The staff is going to push really hard for Michel. If Michel starts leaning to UGA, I think UGA and Williams would mutually part ways. If Michel seems like a long shot, UGA will fight to hold on to Williams.

What is the word on Lorenzo Carter? I saw Bucc say it's a Bama/AU battle for him. Not sure though

Bucc's a good dude but he's also a big homer. I would take his info with a grain of salt.
I haven't seen anything Auburn related with Carter. Most things I've seen point to a UGA/UA battle. I wouldn't be surprised if Auburn got involved though

More message board rumors. He has yet to narrow his list down. Kipp says Bama and UGA are the favorites, but Clemson and Ohio State are the teams to watch.

Grew up a huge Dawgs fan, but he is enamored with Ohio State. He told ESPN Dawgnation a few months ago, the depth chart is very important. McMillian pointed out that UGA was signing a lot of ILB, so....doesn't look good at all

Glass, Kitt, Chubb, Raekwon, Deshaun Watson, Myles Autry, Milan Richard, the list goes on. They've all visited OSU if I'm not mistaken, and have talked about a package deal. Urban is going to attempt to raid the state of Georgia every chance he gets.
Edit: Once these guys catch a game on a frigid Columbus November afternoon, they may change their minds.

A lot of 2014 kids in Ga have OSU at or near the top of their list I believe, CUM is doing work in Georgia.

OSU came in on the first day they were allowed to extend offers and just blanketed our state. That's why a lot of kids like them, they were the first to offer. Give it time, OSU will fade.

SI on Tunsil's recruitment...

• But what is surely to be the most-discussed nugget from Staples' story is to what lengths the Rebels went to sign Tunsil, who had no previous connection to Ole Miss players or coaches.
Staples' story reveals that Ole Miss defensive line coach Chris Kiffin, the lead recruiter on Tunsil, "exchanged more than 800 Facebook messages with Tunsil and more than 400 with Tunsil's girlfriend." The Rebels also had 14 staff members write letters to Tunsil and four other people close to him.
The Rebels' tactics regarding Tunsil are all within NCAA rules, and with electronic communication restrictions about to be relaxed, probably will become more and more common in future recruiting classes. Plus, the full-court press on Tunsil obviously worked, so it's hard to argue with what Ole Miss did to land the big blue-chipper from Lake City, Fla., however unseemly it might appear to some.
