I see what you're saying, but Michel has alot more cutback ability than KM did coming out of high school. I think he will be better than Marshall. But Marshall is definitely good.
Not only that, but Michel has a HECK of a lot more bulk thank Marshall does...
Keith Marshall was SKINTAY comin outta high school...
Sony Michel has the body and bulk to be even more SEC ready than Marshall was...
Sony Michel puts me in the mind of Lesean McKoy or Reggie Bush, he will be a beast in college, know that....

It seems the coaching staff does have contingencies in place while we are all busy freaking out on NSD.

Note to UGA's recruiting staff...it is always helpful when a SA can remember the name of who's recruiting him...
Saw this earlier...

Recruiting Rewind, Montravius Adams: If Rodney Garner had stayed at UGA ...

which school finished runner-up to Auburn for you? “I’d say Alabama, then Clemson.”

Alabama? “A lot of people didn’t know, but I was about to go to Alabama. It’s just when I went back to Auburn for my last official, that’s when I made up my mind about that it was where I wanted to be. But if I hadn’t gone on that last official visit, I would probably be with Alabama right now.”
quote:
If Garner had stayed at UGA, would you have signed with the Bulldogs? “I probably would’ve gone to Alabama.”
quote:
What happened with UGA? Didn’t they lead at one point? “Yes, they were my favorite school after I took an unofficial visit there for a game. Coach Richt is a cool guy. I really don’t know if they could’ve done anything better (with recruiting me). I just … liked some other schools more than Georgia at the end.”

This is the thing that some people just don't understand. Some kids are impossible to get. Yet it's the coaches fault when they go out of state.

So just found out one of my clients is a part time coach at cedartown high. I asked him about Nick Chubb. He mentioned all of the stuff we see on tape , fast, really strong, etc. However, that wasn't the first few things he mentioned. The first thing he talked about was the kids character. Said he just a great person to be around, smart, works hard on and off the field, national honor society, etc. Said he really works his butt off every day.
The last thing he told me was "Nothing like Crowell" which, needless to say, is great to hear.
Just thought I'd pass the info along.

A few I'm sure. What would you have Mark Richt do? Alert the authorities and not let anyone leave the state? Some kids you just aren't going to get, get over it.

Bryson Allen Williams to USCe

That's was expected. They can have him.

Give me Lorenzo Carter (please, God, Allah, Odin, whoever's out there) and Juwon Young at OLB and I'm happy. I think Allen-Williams is a good ball player, but they are better.

And that's exactly what Grantham and Co. are selling him on right now.
We're at the top or tied at the top for Shaw and Gaillard, we're sitting a close #2 for Carter, we lead for Street, and (if his grades this semester are good enough) Juwon Young will get his offer and commit soon after that. That's a very solid group for our front 7 in this class.
