quote:He is not gonna be any good. I have seen him play live and on film against the same competition we play, and if he is good enough to go to Georgia, then my school has about 4 people that should get an offer. And we only have about 2 people that could play at the D2 or D3 level. He should be throwing the guys he plays against around the field, but he doesn't do that at all and it concerns me.
not sure on Bynum

They probably offered on his potential. He's got something you can't Coach, height.
Posted on 12/24/12 at 6:33 pm to Porter Osborne Jr
He has some decent size, which is the only reason I can see why they would have offered him. For the most part they play some of the smallest and worst schools in GISA consisting of small farm towns with the average player weighing between 140-180, maybe some in the very low 200s. So basically its like he is blocking somebody the size of a corner or safety in the SEC only with not near as much strength or speed and he's not dominating them by any means.

He seems lighter weight. Socrates on LHB thinks he is underrated and will be really good once he adds some weight.

Kennar Johnson has not been officially announced by UGA as a signee this year. There is some talk that the reason behind that is because UGA may have never even sent any papers for him to sign earlier in the week. There are some possible developments that suggest he may not even sign with UGA at all. No one knows for sure but word is that UGA may have cut ties with him because they may feel better about another prospect that may jump on board before signing day. No real info yet, other than Kennar Johnson is not a UGA signee at the moment.

That doesn't sound like something Richt would do though.

Richt got really pissed this morning when he thought Santa had filled his stocking with turds (it was really DGD and myself), so he was in a REALLY bad mood. Called up Kennar and said "frick you, Kennar! shite rolls down hill! Have fun playing at ULL!"
