Per the UGA insider close to Foster, he'd be surprised if he ends up able to EE. Not saying he can't, but it's an uphill climb if you know what I mean

What's the general consensus among UGA and AU fans?

Is it SSHS = UGA
AUHS= AU
bama on the outside looking in?

Serious question, I know most bama fans feel confident no matter where he plays this year but I've seen a lot of different opinions from uga and au

I don't think it matters where he goes to high school, in the end he sticks with Bama (my opinion).

It'd be nice to get a LB with that kind of talent, but if we add Kimbrough then I really like our LB class with or without Foster.

Bama=Owns the rest of the state. So basically, If Reuben transfers, Bama now has an explicit 3 way battle instead of this perceived 2 way fight between bama and auburn

I really like Kimbrough's tape. Do we have a shot at Foster? If he doesnt show up to Dawg Night then I say all hope is lost. But then again if he shows up to Dawg Night all the Bama posters will be saying that he is just going to recruit for Bama.

A shot? Yeah, but I think it's a mighty small one. Who knows? Maybe UGA wins the SEC this year, Saban wrecks his motorcycle after leaving a strip club with one of the Obama daughters on the back and a pair of red panties tucked away under his helmet and gets shipped to Guantanamo for pissing off the president? In that case, I'd really like UGA's chances.

I just said a shot. Like your local tour pro has a shot to win the us open if they qualify.

Depends, because Kirby would probably get the job.

Question for the UGA guys. How does it differ with Foster at SSHS? I mean if Flowers was such a proUGA guy and pushes players there why was he not able to when he was actually RF's coach before when RF commited to UA. Trying to figure out what would change here.

Nothing would change. We would still have a very small chance. Where we have virtually no chance with he stays at Auburn.

Dont come in here to troll. Whether you intended on doing that with this post or not. Just stick you your thread.

I was not just trying to figure it out. So basically if he does go to SSHS it just puts UGA back in the picture like before all the transfer mess started where he was flirting with UGA with the visits and hanging with Mathews more?

The biased version I have been told is that Foster was very, very close to committing to UGA last year at Dawgnight. But he decided to sleep on it and went to Bama that Sunday. Saban knew Foster was a must have, so rather than even flirt with the diea of losing him to UGA, he pressured him to commit that day.

Flowers doesn't hate Bama, nor is he going to tell Reuben what to do. However, he is pro-UGA and pro-Richt. When asked for his advice, he will recommend UGA to Reuben.

So basically, the longer this drags out, the more it starts to favor UGA as Reuben begins looking for some guidance from Flowers and friends like Matthews and Wiggins. If he EE's, I think it shuts the door on him going to UGA. But if he can;t manage to EE and has to wait until NSD, UGA is a very real contender.

Obviously there is a lot that has to happen, I think, for UGA to become Foster's #1. But that's kind of the picture I get from hearing the insiders talk

I always felt the only competition for RF was UGA. Even with all the new drama going on. Ealry commits especially from out of state are very hard to hold on to when the instate is pushing hard until NSD

And JHD says there is a lot more to the UGA-Tyren Jones rumors than Tyren is upset about Henry potentially going to Bama. Says Tyren has been blowing up UGA coaches phones for about two months now...

If true about T Jones and until I see something legit I have my doubts, than it had nothing to do with Henry because the Henry stuff started after that timeline.

I'll believe the TJ stuff when I see it. If/when Henry flips, though, look out. UGA wants 2 RBs tops in this class. Kamara, Henry, Jones or Dye.
TJ is a HELL of a lot more easy to get to than henry since Jones is in Cobb County

Jones is the best back in the class IMO. But if for some case he flips and we only end up with Henry and Kamara I will be very happy still along with Tenpenny.

Jones is a beast and may be one of the best backs I have seen since TR came out of HS. I think that highly of him.

I still like Dye better than Jones; that's been my sentiment for over a year.

Also just saying, if the trio of Kamara, Foster, and Matthews do really want to play together. Then Auburn is out of it for Foster, Kamara has no interest in Auburn. Of course that is even if they do end up together. Not likely IMO just some food for thought.
