They are also calling mustafaa to tech. Saying a big-time UGA lean scared him off. Who would that be?

Mustafaa is a better prospect than Riles, in my opinion, and I'm pretty sure Riles is a DE in our scheme (262 lbs already and has a frame to hold 290-300 fairly easily) while Mustafaa is quicker on his feet and projects at OLB.

Who do you think it is?

Kimbrough is a guy who can cross train at ILB/OLB, and another ILB commit will likely mean that we slide Rakim Wilson out to OLB. Not saying it IS Kimbrough, and Mustafaa is probably #1 on our board for OLB (we're only taking one), but Riles is too big and not quick enough to play OLB, in my opinion.

Music to my ears. I really like Kimbroughs tape. I just see him as more of a ILB. But in CTG I trust

I've heard Mustafaa likes us a lot but that Tech legacy thing is gonna be hard to overcome... Any chance he'll hold out till the season is over so CTG can work his magic on him?? Or is he looking to commit early?

He wants to commit soon; he was going to visit UGA Tuesday but non of the coaches were in town since the evaluation period is ending and they're all on the road. He could possibly still visit next week, but if he decides soon then Tech definitely holds the top spot since he's visited there and his dad played there. Get him on campus, let CTG talk to his dad about getting him ready for the NFL as opposed to being a 7th round pick out of GT and we help our chances a LOT.

Crisp, what kinda recruiter is Friend? I know we've picked up 3 pretty good OL prospects but I don't hear a lot about him & when I do it's usually meh or kinda negative... What's your take??

A mediocre but very raw recruiter. This his first big time gig and he's fairly young. We have some very good recruiters on our staff so Friend is pretty far behind his colleagues and is probably the weakest on our staff. Let's hope he has some room to grow in that department. Usually he teams up with McLendon or Lilly when recruiting a player.
