Rangers I am still not over game 6.
Cowboys loved them growing up it's been hard the last few years but in the famous words.... I just can't quit them
Mavs - I know they'll never win again, but the Finals win was one of my favorite memories in sports.
Honorable mentions
Broncos
Saints
Spurs
Astros
Man U

NFL: Packers. They have more of a claim to being the real America's Team than the Cowboys (them or the Bears).
MLB: Rangers. But they lost their only chance at a WS title to the Cardinals (my second favorite team). I will not see them win a WS in my lifetime.
NBA: Mavs only because they are the hometown team. Otherwise Spurs all the way.
NHL: Stars, but sadly Dallas (like all the other Southern cities) simply can't support a team (too many fans wearing opponent's jerseys). I believe they will be relocated in a few years.
NASCAR: Jimmie Johnson. My SO is a Dale Jr. fan, which would make her a favorite among my east Tennessee cousins. But when the race comes to Fort Worth, I will have to root for Gordon and the A&M car that weekend.

MLB: Braves, they own the entire deep south and then some
NFL: Ravens, no reason in particular, just always liked them. When it comes to all pro teams they are all small blips on my sports radar, far behind Gamecock athletics.
NBA: None.

As a Gooner, I agree they are all peasants.

NFL: Falcons
NBA: Hawks
MLB: Braves
NHL: Phx Coyotes
NASCAR: Jeff Gordon
Easy to say that I'm usually disappointed at each season's end.

NFL: America's Team, but I also root for the Texans.
NBA: Rockets. They are the reason why I have Comcast.
MLB: Astros. On average, I'll attend at least 5 games a year. Much like the current state of Aggie basketball at Reed, I'll buy a cheap seat and move down since no one attends their games anymore.
NHL: No team
NASCAR: Not a sport
Professional wrestling:
I haven't watched it in over a decade but Hulk Hogan, The Undertaker, Scott Hall, and the Rock were my favorites.
