Franklin isn't leaving State Penn. Pennsylvania is home for him. He grew up just outside of Philadelphia, and Vanderbilt was his only coaching gig South of the Mason Dixon line.
He can flat out coach...he is a major jerk-wad...but he is one hell of a coach.
