In the xfer portal from Tennessee. Says we are in his top three, with Sooners and USC.

Some of y’all seem to always have the scoop. What is the story?

Word is that he was recruited by us and has a relationship with Jimbo. He is an absolute take.

Word this morning is that he's going from CS to see some family in Houston, and isn't even going to visit OU. Starting to like what is happening

Tennessee website says that he is receipient of the Robert R. Neyland Scholarship.
quote:

Applicant must rank in top tenth of class and demonstrate leadership potential through church, community, and extracurricular activities. If other qualifications are equal, preference is given to applicants who participate in sports and demonstrate financial need. Applicant must be a Tennessee resident or the child of alumni regardless of the state of residence
Seems like a good kid.

I was told yesterday that A&M was already requesting his transcript information from Tennessee (which they would have to have Morris’ permission t do) so I imagine it’s pretty well known by folks like Perroni and Liucci. It’s a poorly kept secret.

Wanya had a great time, could possibly still visit OU tomorrow. Luicci thinks we made up a lot of ground and the visit went well.
