Has anybody seen a GIF of Evan Stewart’s monster catch on the sideline?

Dude took a shot. Talked about the catch on SEC Nation this morning.

I watched it probably 6 times on sec rewind
Amazing that he held on

Is it just me or was that not targeting?
Posted on 10/1/23 at 3:30 pm to Ag_16
Well they didn’t call targeting
But it looks close to it to me, I mean that’s spearing a defenseless receiver for certain

The refs were absolute trash in that game TBH.

Absolute garbage indeed
I haven’t gone back and looked harder at the fumble recovery where two A&M players were on top of it, but possession went to Auburn, have you looked at that closely?

No I haven’t had the chance to do a rewatch. I have no idea how we didn’t end up w/it though.

I’ve had buddies tell me that at the bottom of those piles it’s a free-for-all, people, biting, gouging eyes punching in the nuts

They didn't show a good replay of it. I'm not sure if it is because they had no good angles or ESPN didn't care to show what they had.
It could possibly be both reasons since the quality of production at ESPN has become so terrible. Their camera crews seem awful. There are some games where the announcers are remotely calling the game. I wouldn't be surprised if they now have less cameras in each game as well. It used to be that they had a camera man on each sideline following the action from field level. I don't think I've seen that in a while. I also haven't seen the sky cam on some ESPN broadcasts.

The replay I saw showed the Ag player diving on the ball, but he overshot it, and the ball seemed to be under his gut. From there it’s game on under the pile.

I get that they didn’t call it but my goodness, led with his head to the head/neck.

Arkansas had 0 penalties after having 25 the previous two games.
It 100% looked like targeting on the Stewart hit.
They probably should have had at least 4-5 holding calls, but other players were getting to the QB and getting sacks so they weren't even calling them.
On the punt fumble, Harmon landed on the ball but then two Arkansas players jumped on him and he couldn't move his arms and they were able to pull the ball out from him.
They had a few pick plays like Wright got called for in the Auburn game, one was on a long 3rd down conversion on the first series of the game.

He posted another one didn't he?
Some Bammer started attacking us even though he didn't even read the spreadsheet which made me laugh
(wish he was here but you'd never know...right?)
