Every time I think back to the first play that really opened my eyes to just how scintillating JFF would be as a player, that play against SMU is the one I point to.
The Florida game was more of a relief for me, personally. Just was glad that Tannehill's replacement didn't completely suck and we'd be competitive.
That play started to change my thinking into "holy shite, what do we have on our hands here with this guy?!"

I love JFF. No reason for him to stay at A&M unless he thought that the defense would be improved enough to compete for a conference title (i.e. he's done it all). He made tacklers look so bad that he reminds me of Reggie Bush. That's also why I'm not sold on him at the NFL level. Elusive doesn't often translate there.

this was the first game I "got" Manziel. Up to that point, I was unsure.
On that play, we were laughing our asses off. The guy next to me brought his 80-year old dad and even he was just in tears laughing
