The team is getting better as the season progresses, which is a good sign.

Two things that need to happen for this team to play at the next level:
1. Better free throw shooting: But at this point, I think we just are what we are on this from here on out.
2) More consistency from Danuel House in his shooting: I don't know if he is trying too hard or what. But he has been ice cold too many games. I would advise him to just drive to the basket more and try to get an easier shot or pass to someone else when the defense collapses on him when his outside shots aren't falling. That's what my old high school coach told us, anyway.

Winning on the road is hard. We have 6 more of those. UK, ISU, & USC will all be tourney teams. I think we drop 3 more before the SECT.

26-5 (15-3 or 16-2)

My hopes are officially way the frick up.

Davis is really giving us a strong presence down low. This is a big advantage for us. We're just simply getting alot more points in the paint than the opposition.

The unsung hero is our point guard. He doesn't score much but does everything right so that you don't really notice him.

Collins needs to take some of those open looks. He hits a decent % and if he misses, our bigs are more than capable of getting second chance looks.

Someone we know we can come to, someone that we can trust. So it just makes it easy when you're in that huddle listening to him when you're on the court during practice listening to him, you never put off what he says. Just makes it a lot easier the person that he is."

My seats from last night... and yes I did get a seat.

A&M needs a better system for student seating, it was a shite show.

eta: Not sure if the pic is displaying anymore, been having issues with it.

I actually found a line of 10 people next to the massive ones. It was like no knew knew that door was open.

I agree with Farmer here. Some of you need to pump the breaks (are we in bizarro world?). Let's not forget we beat a 7-10 (0-5) MSU team by 1 not too long ago. There's inherently more randomness in basketball that will probably bite us at some point (most of our team goes super cold, the other team is super hot that night).

I'll say we lose 3 of our remaining games, which would still be an incredible regular season.

I said every game was winnable...not that we'd win them.

A&M has yet to go undefeated at home in any single season in basketball. IT'S NEVER BEEN DONE.

We still have Iowa State, South Carolina, Kentucky, and Ole Miss (with the SEC's leading scorer) as possible home losses as well as games at Arkansas (where they are always tough), at Vanderbilt (with that jacked up court), and at Auburn (who beat Kentucky at home).

I don't know if there is an NCAA regulation on the configuration of the bench, or not. If there is, I'm sure they have grandfathered in older arenas.

There are some older arenas which have seating quite close to the baseline, too. I'd think that needs to be addressed for player/spectator safety reasons. But I don't know if there is a rule now for that, either.

bipolar fanbase is bipolar

When you see how over the top folks go when we win, you realize why they get so low when we lose. Expectations flip from we are fricking lucky to win any game to we're never losing again!!!!

WarrenNolan projects 2 losses from here and it would leave us with a 10 RPI. I don't think 2 losses is very likely. It's just too hard to do that.

But for those talking about a 1/2 seed or whatever, probably anything more than 1 loss from here would knock us out of that discussion. I think 3 is probably the best we can do. We just don't play enough top tier opponents to keep our RPI in the top 10. I could see them reach for us if we do an SEC double or something but short of that...
