that would put us at 282 which would have been top 10 last year, top 10 in 2017, top 5 in 2016, and just outside the top 5 in 2015

LSU got their 4th linebacker commit last night, although I think most assume Edwards won't stick with his commitment to them in the end. Either way that has to help our chances with Harris.

I’ve felt like this for a while, and I really don’t mind putting out a ballsy prediction, but when you look at all the boxes that are important for the 5-star linebacker, Texas A&M truly checks them all off. Plus, this staff is capable of pulling it off.

Here is my pre-season prediction on how A&M rounds out the 2019 class. They are currently sitting at 21 commits with five current early enrollees eligible to roll back to the previous class. It’s unclear what the exact number will be for the 2019 class but we’re looking at six to nine more spots left to fill...

2. Marcus Stripling
3. Christian Harris
4. Jeffrey Carter
5. Nakobe Dean
6. Dylan Wright
7. Jalen Wydermyer
8. Adisa Isaac
9. David Ugwoebu
Assuming the rankings stay the same, and the number is 30 with all five EE rolling back, 295.78 would be the final team score on the 247Sports recruiting rankings. That would have put them in the top 4 in last year’s standings.

No what is crazy is hearing them talk about how Herman has focused on national recruiting as if it was his plan all along to abandon efforts in the state in 2018.
