this fued is dumb and should have been kept quieter but let's be real here. It's nothing more than a few message board types that even hear about it. Hamm breaking an NCAA rule and hurting a&m going after a 4star recruit at a need position is the story. Glad his shite is gone. Keep him away from recruits anywhere near campus or a&m games.

That's why this will never end. Both of them are too ignorant and arrogant to allow the other to win or get in the last word or to "call a truce" (that's a laughable idea between these two) and the only way this comes to a conclusion is one or the other is out of a job and removed from College Station.
With these two working at the same school, it's like a continuous gas leak that has continued to spew out gas until the other night when that match was finally lit and tossed into the house.

Which I didn't mind at the time. I wanted Sumlin out of the candidates and I liked the idea that maybe we would be MORE tuned in than the Sherman era (ala the opposite of Austin today).
You would have to think that if Looch did something to hurt recruiting directly HNIC would put him in his place.

I'm telling you, the administration listens / listened to Looch. He pushed for Sumlin when we hired Sherman and he pushed even harder when we fired Sherman.
Regent Wilson brought Sumlin here, along with Byrne, but a big part of their consideration was that Looch (and others plugged into the program) had so much faith in him.

But do you really expect that? You may not like the guy but he runs a goid board with lots of info and content. Looch didn't break and rules and freak out any recruits. He usually (or at least acts like it) sits on info and let's guys have their moment.

I know Luicci likes to prop himself up but he wasn't a reason. He's friends with the guy who made the call. That doesn't mean he had influence no matter what he tells you.
