I know folks don't think about SC coaches, but they are sort of program glue. This sucks.

Definitely wish he had stayed. But I imagine once Lincoln was gone and it was Stoops approach 2.0 with a defensive "tough" head coach, Jerry wanted to go back.

Hope we keep the practices he had in place.

People are bummed he's leaving. On the other hand, it's hard to ignore the crazy amount of injuries we've seen this season.

Good luck to him going back home. But with our resources, I trust Jimbo to get the guy he wants.

Exactly, how many times are we going to have to learn that Jimbo isn’t sumlin

Per Looch: “Jimbo Fisher has tabbed longtime S&C assistant (dating back to his days at Florida State) Brandon Sanders.”

"hard to ignore..."

I'm not sure strength and conditioning affects broken bones, concussions and preexisting conditions much. Much of that is luck, some is playing with more effort than skill. But they aren't injuries for lack of conditioning

The guy is a high energy, high accountability stud, and we were better for having had him.

Aaaand everyone is replaceable.
