I thought we would be getting 5 star QBs easily since he got hired.

That's crazy. Theres no such thing as "getting 5 start QBs easily"

Building the best offense in the nation and coaching back to back #1 NFL draft pick QBs and beating out just about every top school in the nation for 1 or 2 guys in a given class. That's easy?

BP thinks we land Josh Moten next week, and said we are still pushing hard for Watts and Manning.

That’s a lot of CB’s though we need them.

So any guess when king announces?

He did an interview with Jason.

“Originally I was supposed to make a decision last Wednesday, but it just didn’t happen. Right now, I’m just waiting it out. I’m probably going to sit down with my family in the next couple of days when I get done with this and talk. We are going to find the best situation possible for my family and me. Right now, for me, it’s kind foggy. I feel like there are a lot of schools where I could succeed. That’s what we’re going to do.”

“For sure (make a decision) before the season. Actually, I might end up making it a week after this Elite 11. I really want this done as soon as possible, but right now I want to compete here.

First day impressions of King

“Early in the day, we weren’t surprised to see King less than crisp spinning the football and playing with some inconsistency. He’s a three-sport athlete without a year-round QB trainer and he operates best in pads. But King won the big ball competition to end practice and it really highlighted what we love about him: He’s at his best when it counts. He looks like a future pro who is still barely scratching the surface fundamentally and in a knock-out style competition, he outlasted every other quarterback in attendance under the spotlight. Overall, King certainly looked like one of the top talents on hand. Recruitment: Uncommitted.”

Day 2 Impressions - looks like they had him ranked #4 for day 2 (could be wrong there)

“Not accounting for drops or catchable incompletions, King was the most accurate passer on Sunday. He processed very quickly and did a nice job taking what the defense gave him. Even when King's ball location wasn't ideal, he was able to quickly identify the open receiver, allowing for a larger room for error. His highlight throws came on a tight window slant across the middle and corner route with good touch, with both going for touchdowns. - Charles Power”

By 247 Sports - he was ranked #3 after Day 1 - here is there quote:

“In the morning session, King was the top talent on hand and won the knock-out competition on a cover 2 fade ball. He showed off the same kind of top end talent with his evening pro day, leading off with a ‘wow’ through on a corner route and delivering big throws all over the field. He was plagued with the most drops of any quarterback from his wide receivers but his combination of size, arm talent and ability to deliver in the big moments was striking.”
