Most people wouldn't consider Young a true CB but we will see, hope he can stay there.

It's a team effort. Elko is the DC, and having a good coordinator to recruit make it easier for the position coaches. Linguist is listed as the primary recruiter for Demani, and secondary recruiter for Williams. I think quibbling over who deserves more credit only matters if you're trying to build some narrative.

If I recall correctly several schools in his top whatever were recruiting him at safety and it was a big reason he chose us. The dude is 6' 210 lbs out of high school. If he can maintain his speed then I think he can stick at corner but it's very possible he outgrows the position. Hence why I am saying he is not a true corner/cover man in the mold of Carter, Banks, and Kimber which is what we lack the most in our current DB's.
