Well to be fair tacos are the staple of Mexican food. You judge a Mexican restaurant by its tacos just like you judge a wing place by its wings.

Sadly the best home style Mexican restaurant I've ever been to is in California. Chiles Rellenos, gorditas, tostadas, caldo de res, etc..nobody in BCS does good 'traditonal' home cooked Mexican food. Nobody

But TBH I only went for cheap Tecate and breakfast tacos.

Shakers were strong but way too sweet
