I didn't even think about E. King Gill when I saw the name she was using, I thought maybe she was in the medical field.

And I did. From LINK :
"I played the Mr. Gatti's over on University for a couple of years, a couple of nights a week. I played at a hamburger place on the corner of Church and Wellborn Road called Dead, Solid, Perfect. I played there every Sunday night for a couple of years," reminisced Lovett.
Weird thing - I ended up loving Lyle Lovett's and in particular Robert Earl Kean's music, and though they were only a year behind me and played routinely in town, I never once heard of them until I moved away. And Lovett played in my favorite hamburger joint!
Awesome. Thanks for sharing. I wish it was still around as I have been in B/CS for over ten years and have yet to really find a burger that blows me away.

Im glad Im not the only that hates their burgers.
I actually meant the Deathburger, a 1/2 lb special with jalapenos, habaneros, tabasco, and all sorts of nastiness on a sesame seed bun...with pepper jack cheese.
When someone was selected as the drum sergeant, his "reward" was to eat a deathburger in one sitting without water.
Ahh my bad. Is it really that bad, it sounds pretty good. I have a buddy that likes to make us go there for lunch and I just get the burger basket. Just not that impressed considering its like over $10 with a drink and its not even that big.

I don't know why TAs doesn't (a) rename that board "The Zoo," (b) create an actual Football board, (c) moderate the content accordingly.

Yea but even I found the football conversation on premium lacking. I don't maybe there is just too many people on premium now vs when I joined but it was only slightly better than the zoo when I left.
I had like a one month sub for free for the varsity board during realignment and it was pretty badass. There were guys there who knew way more than Luicci, and there was no bullshite on that board for sure. But, Im not gonna pay that kind of money for a football message board, at least not right now.

I have had Premium subscriptions at different times. I think you're right that the discussion was a little better when there were fewer subscribers. Last time I had access it just seemed like a grumpier old man version of the Zoo. I especially enjoyed the handful of dickbags who like to think they're BMA insiders because they can regurgitate Looch posts.

I check out the Premium forum once a day or so, hardly ever post. One thing I've noticed that's a bit irritating is if you want to see everything posted, you've got to be there when it's posted. Because anything remotely critical of Texags and to a lesser extent A&M gets yanked very quickly. But I don't pay them for the forums.
