The check that gave the government more money to spend and took away almost nothing. Yeah that one.
Still not a blank check. (Even assuming we're arguing in a magical alternate universe where wanting more spending is a uniquely Democratic phenomenon.)

I think you're being a little too literal. And I do agree both sides send way too much. Before Obama, Bush grew the gov and debt more than anyone.

Regardless the reason the GOP has the majority in both houses is because they promised to cut, not spend more.

this. Obama has no room to bitch about congress whatsoever. He's gotten exactly what he wanted since 2010.

Monica Lewinsky will not endorse Hiliary

No way I'd endorse her. The last time there was a Clinton in office, it left a bad taste in my mouth.

please let me know what Obama has not gotten that he wanted since 2010 that congress opposed him on?

PP is still funded.
Obamacare is still in tact.
They didn't block refugees from coming in (well, at least)
We're not paying any less in taxes.
Entitlements haven't decreased.
Days allowed to be on unemployment have not decreased.

What reistance whatsoever has a republican congress given him on his agenda? And i'm not faulting him for his agenda. he has his worldview and i don't fault him for that. i'm just saying congress hasn't done jack shite to get in his way.

Repubs not getting their way on certain things they campaigned on does not equal Obama getting everything he has wanted. Saying something so demonstrably false makes me question how much you even follow politics.

Quite a few bills and nominations to various judicial positions have been blocked. It's fine to be mad that Repubs haven't done as much as they claimed they could. However, to say Repubs in congress have done nothing is flat out false and I'm not even sure why anyone that is being honest would attempt to say otherwise.

You think we should change to a popular vote and not by state?

No

I'm saying the Republican Party needs to learn how to identify an electable candidate, get him elected and THEN nit pick the shite out of policy

I'll say it: Trump's staying power baffles me. Honestly I thought the novelty would wear off as '16 approached, but he keeps getting stronger despite his abrasive approach. Would have thought he'd have pissed off the wrong people by this point, but I guess not.

I'm conservative, and would vote for him over Hillary in a heartbeat if it came down to that, but he wasn't my first choice. Keep waiting for the other shoe to drop. Idk, I don't stay on top of the political pulse of the nation like I used to, but this feels like a weird cycle so far.
