Since joining the SEC, we have 4 conference home wins.

Holy shite.

Yep. We are terrible at home. Kyle Field is obviously not a tough place to play.

Just think, a 3-loss season at Kyle used to get coaches fired.

Defense covers a multitude of sins.

The sad part is that today the crowd seemed to be in it and causing disruption.

Something has to be done. I don't know if I'm melting or I'm officially done with Snyder. Dude has to go.

Bring in Muschamp (i know, pipe dream)

We allowed 200 yards more than Missouri's previous season high.

Looks like my class (2000) will be the final class to end with an undefeated home season.

I'm done melting.

I've come to realize that coaching moves need to happen on defense. They just do. And a loss like this gets us closer to cutting ties with Mark Snyder at the end of this season. Id be OK if the defense had lost the game due to one vulnerability, but they didn't. Snyder's defense has way too many issues. WAY TOO MANY. And in year 3, that's just unacceptable. Injuries and depth be damned.

As far as offense, I think Spavital is way in over his head with this offense. I'm not saying he should be demoted or that he won't get better, but right now he is just not good. Sumlin needs to get him a Co-Offensive Coordinator that is not named McKinney and has experience running a spread offense.

All in all, yeah I'm mad about the loss. But I also understand that this needed to happen in order for change to happen.

My first instinct was to say something like " Sumlin needs to be reminded that scholatships are not just for wide receivers," then I remembered that most or our off-field attrition seems to have been on the defensive side of the ball.
