Even with how bad we played, that’s the closest game Clemson has been involved in in nearly a full calendar year.

Isaiah Spiller needs to start at running back. The way the offense reacted when he was on the field vs. when Corbin was proves he's passed him.

Spiller had more space (and they were willing to let us run), Corbin made some incredible runs to make 2-3 because it was a circus.

Clemson is either the best or no worse than second best in the country. No shame today, just disappointment.

Spiller is noticeably bigger and runs more violently than Corbin. Think Christine Michael as a freshman.

He also...PICKS UP BLOCKS BETTER.

I'm fine with this result. Could have done without the injuries, but was nice to see the offense figure something out in the 2nd half. Defense legitimately surprised me; with even an average offensive performance we could've won. Not going to over-react to Mond having a rough half against the clear #1 team in the second game of the year though.

I’m not over reacting either.

Mond is a junior. This is who he is, and who he will be. Some games he will look great, many games he’ll be unable to pour piss out of a boot.

Clemson is no where near the team they were last year and by far won't be the best we play this year imo.

He didn't have a rough half b/c of what Clemson was doing though. His passing was inaccurate as hell and it wasted a lot of plays where the WRs were open.

The Buckley pass that should have been a touchdown, Buckley slowed up on his route. The others were all on Mond.

Brutal start considering last week (I was hyped with the highlight throws). Hopefully the second half was the start of him coming back around and it shows next week.

This game was on Mond. When he missed the wide open receiver on the first drive we knew he wasn't as in tune as last week.
