quote:

A Person DEEP in the Know” actually said to the Coaches Hot Seat member relative to the current situation at Texas A&M….

“A Top and I mean TOP head coach in college football will take the Texas A&M job if offered.”

Coaches Hot Seat Member: “I know which TOP head coach you are talking about….but how much money would A&M have to throw out to land this TOP head coach?”

A Person DEEP in the Know:
“$7.5M plus over 6 seasons plus…incentives.”

Coaches Hot Seat Member: “Guess those incentives would be an interest in some oil wells or something similar?”

A Person DEEP in the Know:
“Exactly.”

Oh…this TOP College Football Head Coach is NOT Houston head coach Tom Herman who we have heard is waiting for the Texas job and might or might be interested in Texas A&M if they came calling….rather this TOP College Football Head Coach we are talking about has a LONG track-record of success and is in our opinion…

One of the FIVE best College Football Head Coaches in America

quote:

Kevin Sumlin and his Texas A&M football team play Louisville on Wednesday, December 30 in the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl in Nashville, Tennessee which with a loss to a very AVERAGE Louisville team would turn the Total Disaster in College Station into A Roaring Complete and Total Disaster and by our back-of-the-envelope figuring Texas A&M could have a new head coach in place by January 12, 2016 at the latest!

I think Gary Patterson is a better coach than les miles.

I actually like gundy more as well.

I just hope we make a move and not a hasty one interview hire.

Yes, I'm certain, there is no chance of us firing Sumlin unless he drives over elementary school kids this weekend while drunk

He's not going anywhere until after 2016

You might be certain but I'm not. I talked to a couple of folks last night and they aren't certain either

The only way he doesn't coach here next year is if HE chooses to leave for the NFL

I mean, little Nicky did enjoy not being booed when he visited. Perhaps our manners can win us a goat?

It's not a generational gap for me, I just refuse to be socially pressured into watching the Big Lebowski and working the same quote into every convo. The parts of the movie I've seen on TV look dreadful, no interest in seeing the whole thing.

I'd probably like it since I'm easily entertained.

Not gonna go out of my way to seek it out, though. I watch fewer movies than I used to overall, tbh.
