I figured out how to get around Rant locks somewhat to pin the bet thread at the top of the Rant today. That way it sideways trolls all day.

Ending up being a pretty good group there, I watched the game with Jay Arnold, Matt Davis and Donnie Baggs.
They all had some great stories about their time playing, and their opinions on different coaches.

Matt Davis still does A&M stuff? I can’t remember where he transferred, but just assumed he wouldn’t be associating much with a&m anymore. If memory serves me right, he was one of the “Ag swag” originators.

He is writing for The Other 98, the new A&M website. He transferred to SMU after falling behind Kenny in summer of 2013. He is still an Aggie fan though.
Interesting thing I thought Baggs said, he thought Sumlin would be fired at end of season in 2014, after the 59-0 Bama game, and all the Kenny Hill drama.

Well in hindsight 20/20 he should have been but even after that game there weren’t a ton of Sumlin haters....yet.
