he's an attention whore troll and I think it's generally best to ignore him as anything else is just playing into what he wants. Talking about him and copying his trolling is exactly the wrong tactic.
But I do wonder at what point such statements directed at a specific individual become libel. I'd tread lightly here if I was him because Gavin is lawyered up and RD's identity is not unknown. It clearly meets all the definitions already but I can't imagine message boards have the same standard as a newspaper. But even suggesting such a thing is doing huge damage to someone else's reputation and it's being done with obvious malice.
ETA: I think most message board posts are covered under the satire clause. Things like Ceiling Case or Johnny Jizz Jar or whatever. But this is not at all satire so it does leave me wondering what the threshold would be.

Yeah I thought it was interesting that someone that claims to be a lawyer would be posting statements like that on an open forum.
I find his obsession hilarious most of the time but things like this are when he takes it just a little bit too far.

That's his story. Given he's already been reinstated by Sumlin and Hyman, I think there's probably pretty good evidence that he wasn't. But he hasn't been cleared yet.
Btw, one statement that I'm fairly certain is wrong is Gavin's arrest record. There is no record of a previous arrest that I can find and none of the news articles have made mention of a prior arrest - something that would be pretty noteworthy.

Anyone else think it's bait to try to get us to name the player and cause undue speculation, potentially forcing wasted resources to defend against a baseless attack?
