Random shout-out to Holly "The Preacher's Daughter" Holm.

I can't say I am a big fan of woman's MMA, but I am a fan of hers. Why? She possesses the type of knockout power unequaled by her female peers.

Holm has a background in kickboxing. She was also an accomplished boxer, with a professional record of 33-2-3. She has since carved out a MMA career, going undefeated in her first seven fights. Six of her seven wins have come by way of knockout.

Vegas saw her as such a huge favorite before her fight last Friday night that she was listed at -2100. Even though Holm broke her arm in the first round, she did not disappoint:

Holm makes for a much more entertaining fighter than the UFC's current woman's champion. I hope that the Preacher's Daughter will eventually get her shot in the UFC.

Here's another gif for good measure:

So I thought this was a funny response from Mr. Duke regarding the hypothecial "what if Texas made burnt orange Bluebonnets?"

quote:

the ags would find out who did it, stalk them on the internet to find name, address, spouse's name and place of employment as well as their kids' names and schools, plaster the info all over the internet and then declare a jihad against them, starting with their little kids (the ags always go after women and little children first) encourage all other ags to harass and torment them. Or pass out drunk in front of their houses and get arrested.

He felt the flames.

I would kill for some GOOD mexican food up here.

Hell, I nearly wept when I found a Freebird's in Kansas City. A mere Freebird's.

These be lean times, my aggy
