I would not let Kobe Boyce on campus. We offered him the same weekend tu did and he committed to the Sips. Charlie sent kids last year to A&M games to spin lies about the A&M program. The risk vs. reward for a 3-star CB just doesn't make much sense.

Interesting Browning is coming to the Spring game, he just left us off his top 10.

He is a Baylor legacy and committed to them early. I think he is the kid A&M forgot to invite to junior day. He was pretty pissed.

chill, first, that link is to premium. But more importantly, please refrain from ad hominems. This is meant to be a friendly board and Pat didn't really say anything worth getting upset about. He is simply sharing an opinion even if you don't agree.
Not everything a recruit says is the entire story. Since we only hear one side (and can only ever), posters have every right to be skeptical of such comments. You're never going to hear a recruit say, they told me I needed to do X and I forgot to do it. Then they "forgot" to invite me. Even if that's exactly what happened. Capisce?

Pass. Sorry, I'll stick with the more boring version: "I think you're gullible for believing that we "forgot" to invite a top recruit."
That kind of thinking reeks of all the sufferers of BAS who believe every bad rumor ever said when the program isn't meeting their expectations because that's easier than the truth. It's just a lazy, emotional protection mechanism that when said enough times and by enough people, begins to sound plausible (to fans and recruits) and ends up hurting the program, completing a dark circle of self fulfilling prophecy.

A couple more kids were offered from EMCC (Rasool Clemens and Tim Bonner). Some posters said that this staff has nearly offered as many kids as they did all last year, but Projectpat would say we are being too gullible.
