His brother who's higher rated still appears to be all UT and I think they'll go to the same school. BTW, Yoakum is coached by Bo Robinson who I know from him coaching my son a few years back, hell of a coach and a great guy but is all UT as he was a all conference DE for them in the early 90's. He was a Mack guy and had the run of the 40 acres during those years, he never really got on board with Strong and no idea where he stands on Herman but if either of the Moore kids go anywhere other than UT then it might be a little sign of where that faction is leaning.

Well Hamm put in a CB for Sheffield to tu a few hours ago, guessing the ship has sailed again on him, sounds like his dad just does not want him in College Station.

That is a MAJOR indictment on Sumlin.

From what I have read the Dad doesn't think Terry Joseph can develop him for the NFL. If you want to blame Sumlin for having Joseph on the staff, then I guess you can blame him.

Idk if it is or not, but it is a major blow for sure. We really needed him.

How about for not letting Chavis pick his assistants.

I love A&M, but if I had a son looking for a place to play football the next few years, there are quite a few places I'd rather him go than A&M. So hard to hold this against the Sheffields

From what I've heard, Joshua, the more highly rated brother, is more pro A&M than Jordan. I actually thought Jordan might pick Texas and cost us a shot at Joshua but it looks like we'll get both now. Joshua plays WR and has a good relationship with Kellen Mond

Terry Joseph worked under Bo Pelini, and was the db coach/ recruiting coordinator at tennessee. It's not like he's chopped liver.

Yeah I think he was unfairly criticized for the crap defense Snyder was putting on the field. As soon as Chavis took over and the coverages changed, the secondary all of a sudden looked much better.

And the work he (and the staff) did with Brandon Williams converting to CB should give recruits confidence he can put guys in the league.

Not to mention I have seen some draft boards with Justin Evans as a 1st round pick so it seems that the Sheffields are just looking for an excuse not to come here.

How do you know that Chavis wanted to dump Joseph? Oh wait... You don't. It's just part of the made up out of thin air negative narrative you like to drown yourself in.

Boise State has dismissed safety Dylan Sumner-Gardner after more academic and off-field issues. News from Phoenix...

Remember everyone thinking that would be a big loss when Yates took him

One of the Moore bros wore an A&M shirt and the other wore a Texas shirt getting off the bus before the state title game. I don't know which was which.
