I was sold on him after his hot start midweek last year. I want to say I read he had some injury in the offseason, but don't quote me on that. He seems to be to buried by the new comers.

yeah me too. I want to say he had the best pure stuff of anyone on our staff last year. His big problem was a rather straight fastball that he had a tendency to grove at times.
I fully expected him to be in our weekend rotation. I'm okay that he's not, but I did see some preseason list (BA maybe?) that had him as a projected 1st rounder next year. Just weird to me that he can't even get a midweek start.

This broadcast is TERRIBLE. You can hear the competing streams of both Pepperdine and Will Johnson.
