Is a helluva player. Sumlin plays guys who earn it. Every position is always open and if you beat out the guy ahead of you, you play

I don't see how anyone could predict a Boyd flip happening before a Martin flip.

1) Boyd came out with the statement and didn't cave to the pressure

2) Boyd's brother seems to be the biggest influence

3) Martin has already been playing out of state at JUCO, so it COULD be possible to put on a full court press convincing the mom to let him play in texas

4) Martin should want a situation with immediate playing time above all else since he's JUCO. That's what they all say. I'm not sure of UT's CB situation, but I know he's a plug and play guy in our system

IMO, Sheffield is more likely than either Boyd/Martin. For the same reasons Martin is unlikely: proximity to home and pussy

He's actually the second fastest WR on the team. Faster than Kirk, Tabuyo, and Quiv. Ran a 4.46 40 or something like that the other week. Speedy was the fastest.

But, I don't know if he'll crack the two-deep next season. Speedy-RSJ-Kirk-Reynolds, Pope-Parker-Ratley-Nacho.

Yeah I was just pointing out the fact that Niederhofer was a pretty good player and earned his way on to the field

Because Boyd actually really wants to be an Aggie. At the end of the day, when you have to put ink to that piece of paper, your heart usually wins out. His heart is in CS.

Looch's mystery recruit is an interesting development. From his coded responses and all the West Coast recruiting trip smoke I think it's Equestrian St. Brown. We've been on him for awhile and let's be real: an 11th hour big time coup for our staff is much more likely to be a WR than a DB from Cali. Our offense is a big draw nationwide

If we have scholarships available, Sumlin might do what he did with Bass and McQueen this year - award scholarships to a few walk-ons in the fall.

I feel ya. It's been a strange cycle. We really screwed up CB recruiting if we don't walk away with someone........Boyd was beatin down the door to get an offer until Sheffield

tmc hinted that Peat, out of four players mentioned, was not the most likely. The players were: Peat, Tyron Johnson, Iman Marshall, and DeChaun Holiday. Holiday just committed to UCLA two days ago.

Process of elimination... Marshall or Johnson
