IDK. I mean, we successfully held UT off Murray from what would have been the most devastating flip in recent Texas history. We grabbed 5-star Kirk when no one thought we were the team to beat. And we have some nice pieces coming in on defense. The Jefferson decision was brutal, but I still place that on him. If he REALLY wanted to know our DC, he would have delayed his self-imposed announcement date. I don't think he was ever coming here, and his parents were huge on the Sip bandwagon. Neither was Boyd likely to come given his brother's sip leanings and Hill's sip bias. Sheffield and Mack are really the two big defensive chips left. Grab either one, and we should be good. That's very realistic. Grab both and it's probably one of the best finishes in the history of our program, given the Kyler recommit.....there's a lot to play out....

100% agree.

I'm a negative nancy on here as the others can attest, but even I think things are going pretty well. Kyler flipping would've been terrible PR but it didn't happen.

If Mack signs it's a home-run class. If he doesn't, barring major defections, it's still pretty damn good.

Hamm is saying bussey flipped to the good guys

Brice and Looch have been expecting that for days now. Hopefully it finally happens. I was worried when he didn't cancel his trip to UT.

Hamm isn't saying he thinks it will happen. It HAS happened...

"We'd like to thank the Tennessee coaching staff for everything they've done but Kendall is going to be an Aggie," Mr. Bussey exclusively shared with GigEm247 Monday morning. "It's been a tough process but ultimately we felt Texas A&M was the best fit for Kendall."

Just a note from James "5 for 5" Smith
quote:

The 5-9, 210-pound running back is very good friends with fellow Texas A&M commitment Desean Capers-Smith, who played a roll in helping flip the speedy running back.

To give more color, both DCS and Bussey train with Derrick Joseph (Terry's brother)....as does Kirk Merritt

Doesn't matter. We will take it any way we can get it. Our staff prioritized Bussey over Soso & Warren. If UT needs to make room and they already have 3 big time RBs then why not push out the guy who is a risk to flip.
