Let's face it though, between Bradford and Anderson, at least one was going to have to redshirt, if not both.
Think about it: In 2015 you have
SR-RS Tra Carson
SR Trey Williams
SR-RS Brandon Williams
SO-RS James White
FR Jay Bradford
If we don't pick up at least 3 backs in 2016, we're in deep shite.

We dont use our backs nearly enough to worry about it. Tech kept only three scholarship RBs many of the years Leach was there.

Negative recruiting usually is done because what you are selling isn't resonating.

Bradford will almost certainly redshirt. He's a freak athlete but he's not a natural born running back. He needs a lot of refinement.

25-28 would be my best guess
In the discussion the other day about EEs, we have 4 now scheduled with 5 slots. Sheffield, Kirk, Jefferson and a few more are EEs. So our cap is 30.

he doesn't negative recruit because he knows he doesn't have to. Over time those principles build upon each other and will stand the test of time and parents know this, he knows that parents know this. That's how he operates, IMO. I $#@!ing love it.
