I promised myself I wouldn't ever get back into trying to follow recruiting because it is just to hard to pin your hopes on the whim of 17-18 year old kids, but dammit the class Sumlin is pulling in is making it tough to stay away.

The biggest problem most fanbases have is the echo chamber. They decide someone is a lock and then they keep telling themselves. Then the entire fanbase melts down when he goes somewhere else.
These are impressionable high schoolers. They will do what they do and sometimes it makes no fricking sense. As long as you have perspective of that, it's fun to follow

AFAIK our staff knows nothing of it. If he really does go to Austin, I'll be shocked if he doesn't flip.
