clearly we're not wasting time
Mattrell McGraw is a 4* safety from John Curtis (NOLA). He's a teammate of Kenny Young

this is from Xenophon on the SEC RB. He's the one that mentioned a while back that this was stirring and clearly has some in here though I'd let him say rather than speculate:

I'll tell you that it won't affect your WM recruiting at all. It's been expected for a few weeks that he would be let go if DSG went to Boise, because he was pushing DSG there thinking he would get the DB coaching job. Sumlim told him as much when it first came out that DSG was considering flipping.
But yea, even the WM staff is shocked that Dylan went through with the flip. There aren't any bridges burned there because of the GA.

This last part might also be hard to wrap your head around for Aggie fans but keep an eye out on Kam Miles and Nick Harvey. Miles to Boise State with Yates as well and Harvey to Texas should still be considered concerns for Texas A&M. Yates also had a really close relationship with Armani Watts. These are all situations/recruitments to keep a close eye on.

Either of those would be absolute team/unit killers for us

Can't our AD simply not grant any transfer releases to Boise?

No way. They would both have to sit out a year.

Not anything in depth. He plays for JC which means he hasn't taken any visits. Has a pretty amazing offer list but some of that is because it's JC and they are a factory and some may be to get in the door on Dupre or Young.
And while I've heard him mentioned, I've never heard his name when discussing potential guys. The only place I'd seen it recently was when I was looking at who Joseph was recruiting out of LA. Obviously this is a guy Joseph/Pelini agreed we could move on.
Anyway, we can all check him out as he's playing in the Semper Fi All-Star game tonight. Apparently he has impressed at practice and was named the #3 top performer so far: LINK

3. DB Mattrell McGraw - New Orleans (La.) John Curtis - The talented defensive back wasn't challenged much on the day as the East's quarterbacks and receivers struggled to get on the same page, but he showed why schools like Oregon and UCLA are willing to travel nearly across the country to try and land him. McGraw has size and athleticism valued at both the cornerback and safety spots. His stronger spot is probably safety. Very quick and decisive when he attacks, he reaches the spot efficiently and competes for the ball.
